The village of Bronxville is located approximately 15 miles away from midtown Manhattan, and it is situated within the town of Eastchester. It is one mile square and was rated by CNBC and the single most expensive suburb, as its median home value is $2.33 million. Bronxville ranks number 8 on Bloomberg’s ‘America’s 100 Richest Places.’

Bronxville has a lovely downtown walking area with shops and a lovely quaint atmosphere, and it has a small town feel where neighbors know one another. Its tree-lined streets feature Tudor homes, and commuters have ready access to a train station. When not at work, residents can enjoy the more than 150 shops, eateries, a cinema, and farmer’s market. In addition, denizens can take in lectures, concerts, and art at Concordia College.

Demographics

6,543 people live in Bronxville, and this is distributed among 2,313 households. A total of 1,660 families live in this area, and population density is 6,869 people per square mile.
